traded my 06 X5 4.4i with 150K miles for a 2015 X5 xdrive35i with Msport package.

Looks fantastic, but "the ultimate driving experience" is gone. The electric steering is especially dull.

Oh well, I've got a Porsche Boxster for the days I need to driving pleasure. the X5 is now just a boring DD :(

you want dead electric steering, drive an E85 Z4 .... OMG
I am in the process of collecting parts to put a normal rack in it.

And that is why I am keeping my '06 X5 with 235,000 miles on it. She's my daily driver and it's fun to drive commuting or doing a bit of sporty driving.

front tie rod ends ect
 
replaced tie rod ends ball joints and sway bar links is there a left and a right to these ? i just put them in the only way they fit nothing on them to say left or right with in a week the ball joint popped out from the link ordered some bapmic ones and gonna fit them next week end just have them wired in hope fully that holds for a week

Yes, there is. Go to Realoem.com. You'll get the correct part numbers. Left and right are different.

thanks the ones i ordered are left and right so i will know which is which all the vids i watched on you tube didnt say nothing
