Don't you have to code a used ABS unit to the car?

The EBV fault is one we all seem to have - and the current thinking is it's a "cosmetic" error" and not actually a fault. Some have suggested that replacing the lateral sensor will fix this but that is unconfirmed...

From what I researched is if you get the axect party number you do not need to code it to the car itself. But perhaps since this one was refurbished and corrected maybe that changes things. The YAW sensor is not hard to get to and I have an extra one sitting around with the same part number.. wonder if it needs reprogrammed too

It was like masturbating with a cheese grater, slightly amusing but mostly painful... I am so beat up from trying to hurry (because 5x a day prayer shutdown) I'm not sure whether I won or the circle saw. [emoji15]

Sunday is test driving, re-torquing and alignment day.

I also learned that I can lower the exhaust system all by myself if I use my skull to slow it's fall to the ground. [emoji856]

That method works for an 18" pipe wrench also I discovered a few weeks ago loosening up wife's tie rod that was fully rusted into one piece apparently.

I got home and the only thing the wife said, was "you're not putting those clothes in my washer" and not one word about the mountain shaped bump on my head. I mean that's just cold.. [emoji1787]
