You can cut that tube to get to the wires. Interesting I've not seen before either

Whoever went there went in on the nylon.
It's at both ends and then the end closer to the body, that end the nylon is wrapped in the felty cloth.

I got a refurbished sport wheel with tri m stitching, perforated side leather and smooth leather on the top and bottom. the E85 Z4 6spd manual and the 99M3 manual make up for it

Is the M3 manual or SMG? I don't even know what year that came out
