Wife teases me constantly about being overweight. Stop eating snacks etc.

I pulled out the scale and calendar and do some relative math;

I weigh just about 10# more than when we got married or 0.714#/yr

She weighs about 35# more or 2.5#/yr. (I do the math dramatically on a calculator of course).

I get to sleep on a couch for a few days

Worth it.

(Also I get away with it about once per two years so I have to play that card carefully but the ratio is approximately 100:1 so I definitely think it's fair)

My wife said that when we got married that I was thin.

I said so what? When we got married she was young....

On another note I now have a guy for jewelry purchases [emoji28]
