I think you can get from the manufacturer. Google the forums for a replacement navigation screen thread the guy lists where you get it from.

I highly recommend testing your battery first with a voltage meter before you yank it out but yeah it was actually fun to see the circuit board and the design. Take your time and be careful when cutting it open. GL

I remember it used to be like 5 spots, didnt notice all the new ones till just this week when i began paying more attention.

the screen is a Sharp... there is a huge thread here about that screen, do a search, you will find it... read through as much as you can, the submodels of screen are good for different cars, because of the viewing angle... you need to buy the correct submodel of the Sharp screen... if you search on ebay for bmw sharp, you should find the sellers with the screen for about a $100...
