Takes 5 mins to replace both, just loosen the large nut on the backside of the stopper to remove

^ they work awesome and super easy to install with the bmw shocks . I did put 1 o-ring on each side to stop the spring from sliding all the time, just make sure the o-rings are not to thick or else when you close the hatch the lights at the back of the hatch will stay on,thats what happened to me I was using 2 0-rings on each side and had to take 1 out,now is all good.

puddin what o-rings did you put on either side? if you got from Depot or something let me know, i'll be ordering the auto-open trunk springs soon as well

heres the o-rings I used .tried the thicker style but the hatch wouldn`t close far enough and the light on the hatch would stay on so I went with the thin ones which are 1/16".
