OMG TTGTR . In reading this, glad that you woke up in the ER . Things could have been worse. Be mindful of any post injuries. Sometimes, these things don't crop up till months later !

Thanks Q. That is very true and of course he did. Not a scratch.

Glad you are alright. I showed your thread to my wife. I read this post to her and she stated: "Oh, he'd have more than scratches after I got done with him!" Yeah, I married well. :D

As for parting out, how's the interior trim?

Glad to see you walked away from that one man.

Hope you make a full recovery and get reimbursed in full for everything!

Wow! Glad you are ok man.. Sucks to see another 4.8 bite the dust.

The car definitely is safe and its good to know that, not even an inch of penetration or anything into the cabin whatsoever.

Hey everyone. Thanks for the kind words. Still in recovery mode. Just working on trying to get the car here now. The interior is in fine shape. Dusty from the airbag, but it was just detailed the Sunday before the accident. I've gotten the part out process ready as to the rules and such, so will be posting those soon.

Glad you only had minor injury and still here with us, buddy. The X5 sacrificed to save you. That's one big reason why I drive BMWs. I'm sure you will be back in one.
Wishing you a speedy recovery, TwinTurboGTR.

Yikes. Good to hear you were able to walk away. If you part out I would be interested in your interior.
