Given what he just went through, a complimentary 1 year renewal of your Premier Membership has been sent your way. So very glad to hear that you came away in one piece. As was previously noted, be sure to watch out for after affects, and you may want to consult with an attorney that specializes in personal injuries resulting from drunk drivers. Make the SOB pay the price for making stupid decisions.

I am at a loss for words right now. Thank you! Thank you very much! I was actually in a group text with Naz and RB and they said they just gave away a membership. I was thrilled to hear! When I asked who, they both said "You!" lol. Thank you again. Thank you for your support everyone. I am happy to have found this forum and even happier to help everyone and to see everyone come together to help me. So thank you all again.

I'm sorry I didn't get the thread up today. Was at the doctors all day with testing, but tomorrow will be the day I will post it all.

Thank you all again.

And if you or anyone else here is interested, a nice looking 2005 black 4.4 with, it appears, truffelbroun sportsitze just came on the market in my 'work' neighborhood. On craigslist at 2005 BMW X5 4.4i ***11,500***
Nope, not mine, but reasonably priced if in as good a condition as it looks.

I don't have a problem with making him pay (financially and otherwise) for his mistake, I believe in redemption. If this is a first offense, then I would encourage you to lean towards supporting a sentencing that sends him to the equivalent of 'drug court' if such a thing exists in your area. Hopefully this is his 'rock bottom' and he can turn his life around and be a non-threat on the roads and a productive member of society. If he's a repeat offender, then never mind.
