The issue you have here is that a lot of us know too much lol about the repairs looming soon for your X5... FWIW I'm currently looking for an X5 for a second family car and would love to have yours - but the price you have now on CL plus the repairs it will need now / soon make it too much to risk...

Also - I know EXACTLY how you feel about the X5 and the fear of what will fail next - my solution was to figure out how to do most of the repairs myself and actually learned to enjoy it and saved a ton of money...

I understand. I definitely had it proved high at 13,800. I think 11 is reasonable for the work that's been done, new tires etc. I do understand the concerns with the repairs that will need to be done in the future but under $10,000 doesn't make sense. There's an imola one on eBay with 191,xxx miles and he's asking just about 9,000. So that's where I'm at
