How to price the 4.6is

Well this crazy thought popped into my head and its a long story but Im thinking about putting the 4.6is up for sale. I just bought it in December but some large, unexpected repairs have left me feeling shaky. This isn't my first bmw ( I hd an e36 and e46 prior to this, however I don't think I did enough research on the e53 platform.

So with that said. I bought it knowing it needed things. So far I have put roughly $4750 into it. Those things being:

1. Major repair which included pcv, all ccv hoses, osv, vcg, valley pan gasket and valley pan, all gaskets and o rings in between there. Also motor mounts were swapped, spark plugs etc. (Probably a few additional things that don't come to the top of my head)

2. I bought the depo headlights off eBay at ~$750 shipped

3. Purchased another set of style 87 with brand new toyo proxes $975.

I do have some other small money into it but those are the big ticket items.

With that said, Part of this decision comes from not wanting or having time to DIY on this car. I work 40-50 hours a week (I know, nothing crazy) but I don't feel like wrenching on my cars like I used to.

So I'm looking to get into something a little more conservative with a warranty etc. I'm looking at left over 2014 Ford F-150 stx package. My dad bought one in September and I fell in love. The leftovers have a huge markdown. I know it isn't a BMW but I can live with it.

So what's the x5 worth. Obviously only what someone will pay but I'm trying to determine how to price it. vehicle basics...

2003 Estoril blue on Alcantara x5 4.6is
99k miles
New tires plus large recent maintenance project
Only flaws are cosmetic (few tears in Alcantara) paint needs a really good detail. For its age, it's actually pretty clean.
Heated seats, all heat air con work fine.
Mid display has a few dead spots, as well as the instrument cluster OBC line.

To get all of my money out of it (won't happen) I need to almost be at 14k. Id like to get part of that big repair back when I sell it if possible. I think I'll start at 13k. I don't need to sell it, kinda just want to sell it while it's running well.

Any input on pricing the car is welcomed. Also if anyone can give me ideas to post in my for sale ad that would be awesome. When I made my for sale ad for my 330 I think I listed too many flaws (I'm just overly honest).

Thanks!
