There was a revision to the original tensioner. The revised tensioner from BMW is longer. I don't know if the one you purchased is longer or not but that is important to know if it is. If it is not I would replace it with the BMW tensioner since the function of the tensioner is part of the system to prevent catastrophic damage to the engine. I think this is especially important when one is modding the engine.

I got it for my E92 as well. Worth every dime, and Jeff warranties it for a year. It can be returned within 30 days if for whatever reason she doesn't like it.

Just passed my emmissions check with the secondary air pump and the evaporative control pump coded out.

In another month I should be ready to delete the cats and have DUDMD code them out too. Then the fun begins.

Oh, and yes, I still need one more dyno @ Drift-Office...

The plan will be to get a baseline dyno and then get to work.

I'll try to delete the cats altogether and run free.

DUDMD will be playing with the tune and trying to pull out some after numbers that these can deliver on my car. Then if things don't break, I'll be ready to try and force some air in the ol'girl via Wagons Ho.

First however, I need more free time or more $ to take the next step but it should be a great trip.
