I'm not aware of DIS having any coding capabilities. NCS should be capable of coding every module on the car. Do you have all codes cleared from the ecu? It can't code the module if there's an ecu code.

I managed to install and run DIS.
However it seems there's some connection problem.   The reason I need it, is because I want to code IHKA module. That's for my E39 1998. I sourced 2 panels from 2000 and 2001 and neither of them work. I was told that coding with DIS specifically will make them work. I tried coding with NCS Expeert without success. Maybe my DIS version is too new, V57? I'll try to find V44

That separate relay on blower final stage voltage supply was on pre 9/98 models. After that the final stage gets continuous (Terminal 30) voltage. So that relay can easily be bypassed.
