Thanks crystalworks and purplefade - I ran some gasket maker around the inside

I am swapping the front mid range speakers with Memphis 2.75” and am wondering if I need the resistor from the factory mid setup?

Just picked up a set of Infinity Primus PR6510CS components and the Memphis PRX275s based on all the recommendations in this thread. Keeping the stock head unit for now, but may consider swapping the DSP subs in the future.

Was it a Yes or No on the factory resistor?

I read through the whole thread including post 22 but I think I missed that detail.

Resistor is YES. I kept it on the factory wiring and soldered to the speakers
