028 and 9 could be because of intake leak or several other potential problems such as Bad MAF, sticking throttle body etc. 030 is harder to determine core issue.

Before addressing 030 I suggest repairing the intake leak, clear the codes and see what returns. The intake leak could be causing all the codes. How is the engine running?
Thanks for your reply. I will try to document how I fixed these codes so other will have a starting point. I also notice, on occasions, it sometimes let out white smoke when cranked/starting. I think that maybe the ccv needs replacing. It has a slightly rough ilde by runs fine.
