I was looking at this page on inpa and it displays the pedal voltages. Looks like it 2 sensors 5 v signals. When the pedal is pressed the voltage response to one of the voltages. But the other sensor stays at 5v never moves

How does the back of the block look? Has the corrosion spread between pins on the back? Hole #4, top row in your picture looks like the pin broke off and is stuck in there. Make sure all pins are accounted for as the would also cause your symptoms.

take a look at the sensor wires and the wires connected to the dme. Is the sens (+) the 5v source from the dme? I dont see any other voltage wires

9,14 are the power wires for the pedal. The two with brown are the ground

Ok I'm confused😭😭😭. When hit the gas pedal the throttle doesn't move.
Changed the gas pedal. Still have the problem. Check throttle motor and throttle signal at dme.no change. I did find a pin on the dme for the fan (green/blk) wire on dme that was broken. But was able to fix it. I can move the throttle plate with my fingers. Engine response normally. According to inpa, when I hit the gas pedal. I can see gas pedal signal and the throttle angle move. But the throttle plate isn't moving. Is it possible that the throttle body motor is not working?. Is there a way to troubleshot the throttle body? Or is it easier to just Change it out? |

If the pedal value shows in INPA than I would suspect the throttle motor.
You said the throttle position changed which doesn't jive with that unless there is an actuator like a bar that goes from the motor to the actual throttle plate. Do you see the throttle position move in the computer or did you mean the pedal position? Also: does the throttle position change in the computer when you manually turn the throttle plate?

i meant the throttle angle on inpa. There is a place on inpa that gives me a throttle angle. I guessing this it the value the DME want the throttle to open. in the photo above its called (PWG-angle). The pct moves when the gas pedal is pressed. But the throttle plate doesn't move at all.
