When you open up the door you will likely find a very weird almost square nut at the bottom of your door. The bolt that holds the window will rattle loose and bring forth your symptoms.

If the window was able to raise and lower ok until it got stuck it's very likey nothing broken
The window would struggle to go up, but going down it was fine. I was in the drive through and rolled it down to order then rolled it up until I got to the window that's when it wouldn't go back up.

The guide rails front and back need lubrication. Silicone spray is supposed to be the best option. I've used Teflon spray in the past. The root of the problem is too much friction on the guide rails.

I lubed up everything with a cable lubricant that contains silicone. I use it on my motorcycle for the seat release. It works great, before I started using it I couldn't get my seat to latch properly.

The key thing to lubricate is the back and front of the glass edge. There is negligible friction in the cable mechanism it uses pulleys.

I thought the most friction would come from the guides on the regulator, I lubricated the surfaces of the guides that touch the rail of the regulator. I did not lubricate the front an back edges of the glass, but I will do this when I get home.

The glides on the regulars prob less than ten percent of the friction the vast majority of the friction is on the window edge. When I lubricated mine they sped up 60%

Can you lube the edges when the door panel is on? Say rolling down the window a little bit and spraying the edges?

Spray Down the hole with a tube on the spray can. Wipe off any that shows when you run the window up and down a few times. Not even sure if you can do a better job from inside the door.

Some before and after videos of when I sprayed Teflon spray on my driver window. 60% faster. Lasted about a year but I can’t find that brand of spray anymore so I’m going to try silicone spray.
