Spray Down the hole with a tube on the spray can. Wipe off any that shows when you run the window up and down a few times. Not even sure if you can do a better job from inside the door.

Some before and after videos of when I sprayed Teflon spray on my driver window. 60% faster. Lasted about a year but I can’t find that brand of spray anymore so I’m going to try silicone spray.

I did the spray down the slots last night and it helped it a little. It now has just a slight slowdown when going up.

Thanks for everyone's help! I can now go through the drive thru or punch in the security code at my storage facility without having to open the door!
