Since the fuel you use has cleaner in it, you may be over cleaning. Possible the cleaner is etching away the metal. Compared to new plugs, is the electrode taller or ground thicker?

Most butt dynos will notice at idle a drop or two and missfires or tip in acceleration misses long before plugs are disintegrated. Every 10k should be enough

There is a thread on bimmerfest on NGK counterfeit:
https://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sh....php?t=1366187 This is why I only buy NGK spark plugs from local store such as Advance Auto etc. ---

Bought new Iridium plugs from O'reily. Gapped them to .032 which is what it is supposed to be and installed them. I looked at the old plugs after I watched the Youtube about counterfeit Iridium plugs. Mine have the exact same markings. Now to see if I can get my money back.

Good luck hope you are successful. Way too many sellers of crap out there. I been there before too so you are not alone.
On the good side of this post, how is you x doing with real brand plugs installed?

The butt dyno says it's running much better. Feels smoother. Still have the deep vibration at idle when in gear. I hope to take care of that problem in a couple weeks when I replace my motor mounts and my front guibo. |

Also bump your idle speed up a bit. I raised mine 30 RPM was enough to eliminate any vibration at idle in gear

Yep. Did that. Helped some but not enough.

Usually it is a case of “settled” motor mounts. Weird how a 1/2 inch or more lower a motor gets everything changes on the harmonic vibration department. Down load the vibration app and see if you can get a sense of the range of vibration at idle and at what rpm it drops off while in gear.
AMC Mecanocaucho vibration app This free app provides a chart frequency over time. There is a motor magazine article that explains how to leverage the info. I will repost in a while
