I haven't gotten a chance to use the fuse tester yet as I was deleting the air suspension from the system yesterday and would like to remove all of the unnecessary items that are no longer used. The white cable in the glove box is probably an old 30 pin Apple cable for connecting an ipod to the head unit. it runs over and plugs in the back. Old tech, but these trucks are old as far as tech is concerned. If you replace your head unit with an Android unit you can pull it then. Until then it isn't doing anything.

Im assuming it goes to a DICE when the original widescreen navi was installed that is probably located behind the glovebox. Also found a nice mess in the rear when inspecting the wires closer.

aftermarket parts... A butchering process in and out it appears. The question will be what is left and what is still trying to run continuously?

I have practically removed everything but the original amp which is no longer connected outside of whatever botch job was done here...

Is your Booster POSITIVE CABLE which is located under the hood closer to the Driver Windshield properly tied up? Simply test if it is getting hot over all. It can cause a parasitic leak if its not properly tied up or (loosened). It will generate heat = BATERY LOSS

You mean the positive jump point? What do you mean by tied up?

Make sure its not loosend up.
Just touch it really carefully and check if it generates any heat.
Over time it just might get loosened because of vibrations or if somebody loosened it up due to work being done let's say on a brake booster and then didn't tie it up back tight enough.

You have to love people who add tech to cars randomly. Want music? Get a ear bud for your iPhone. It will only get worse as more and more models come onto the fifth and final owners. Way too many with more built in factory technology that is outdated the day it leaves the show room floor.

I need to pull out the whole glovebox and see if the DICE is behind there as well or of this was to replace the DICE at some point.
