ZF transmission kit installed - now shifts appalling

Shifts great everywhere now apart from when warm coming to a stop and going 2nd 1st. It's not there when cold, only after it's warm and in city traffic which is annoying as I'm right in the city and average about 15-20mph usually so lots of start stop traffic.

Edit: manually shifting is fine. No idea why it comes practically to a stop in 2nd then jolts itself into first. If I brake harder no problem, only when gently rolling to a stop.

Updates.

Well about 1200km and a lot of small trips (under 20km's) the transmission adaptions are really good now.

The jolt on stopping has pretty much gone now which is fantastic! Nice and smooth upon stopping. I did notice that the transmission must run 2 adaption programs and alternate between each start, testing and combining each program until it decides which is the best.

I did notice that 1 drive the jolt would be worse than shutting down and restarting and driving again (after 20 mins), then another drive the jolt would come back after a while.

That seems to indicate that's what's going on.

Anyway it's all good now
