The faulty pipes were 1A and 1B.


They had torn slightly at the point of being connected to the Vacuum tank.
Plus on Pipe 1A there was a slight hole towards the bottom of the pipe... so as it is held by the retaining clips. I think this was due to friction.


When you visually inspect the pipes they seemed in good condition. When i removed them i realised that they were damaged.


So, anyone in the future with this issue please take your time and inspect everything fully.
