Hi tbc111, do you have adaptive headlights?

They swivel from side to side with steering inputs in addition to self leveling... Standard on 2004+ X5s with Xenons...

Thanks for that JWalker. In that case I don't have it. Mine's an 01 4.4.

Sorry, wasn't able to reply right away. I asked about the adaptive headlights because I think they share the same sensors as the self levelling suspension (for cars with full self levelling suspension). And maybe that's why tbc111's error was with the LCM. Just a thought though; someone correct me if I'm wrong.

BTW tbc111, where do you have your X5 serviced? I'm also in the Philippines.

Once you remove the spare tire, the relay is within an item which looks like a dome. Within that dome, is the air compressor and relay.

try checking your brakes.....my x5 3.0d 2005 recently had the suspension warning come on...there was no difference in ride or height, but my ride height adjustment button woulnd't work...it was followed a few days later by the brake lights coming on....

Had the break pads and discs changed and the suspension warning has gone away too and my ride height adjustment button is working too....

not sure what the connection is .....
