Little help please
Can anyone give me a name of somebody in charge of BMW of N.A. (CEO or something like that). My X is still under warranty, but was told at the dealership that the water leaking in the back seat area is not covered. I would like to see is it worth complaining, or just to pay for the repair myself. Thanks.
