Bracket is #3 and box is #2. Screws are not shown, but you'll need 3 of them.

Leatherz is a top shelf place. No problems.

Do you happen to know the part#'s to either item. I don't think the cars sold in the US came with this.

Yes it's OE BMW AG, just without the contents, which you can actually get in some places. Some people get 2, one for driver's side and one for passenger side. But you should be careful, the reason BMW didn't put it on the driver's side is that if it opens up and stuff comes flying out, you don't want it to get in the way of having to press the gas pedal, or worse, the brake pedal.

Left side of trunk above the nav drive. It mounts in 2 brackets. Check your manual.
