Anyone buy a rebuilt x5 transmission from European Transmission in Georgia?

Spent quite a bit of time searching through the e53 forum looking for direction on replacing the transmission on my X5 4.4. Found a lot of good info but not enough about buying a rebuilt transmission. Thought I would post and see if any of you knew anything;. I am sure you do.

It's a 2001 with 99k, owned it for about 8 years and have put over 50k on it. All scheduled maintenance is done religiously. Long story short, losing reverse slowly. It works with no throttle applied, but when you give it any gas it does not engage.

Don't want to put in a used transmission, a new(rebuilt) one from BMW is out of the question expensive, but I found a spot in Georgia, European Transmission that rebuilds/refurbish European cars transmissions. They send you a new one tested and with a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty. You just send them your old one.

Any one use them? thoughts? Any other advice or experience would be appreciated
Thanks
