Also, doing the dishsoap will help him narrow down if it's the belt, but if it still squeels after that, then I'd start leaning towards tensioner. Sometimes you can actually see a tensioner failing though because the belt will almost flop around, looking like it's hopping on the tensioner because it's gone weak and/or broken parts of the spring/seal internally.
by reading all this ,,, makes me think i dont know english

dishsoup where do i have to apply it ? just take of the cover and apply it on the actual belt ?

There's no need to remove the engine dressing cover. Just take the smallest bottle of dishsoap that you have around the house, start the car, open the hood and try to squirt a little stream of it on the belt...preferebly on the grooved side of the belt. If the noise stops, you've found your culprit.

If it doesn't, then watch the tensioner to see if it's hopping around like I mentioned above. If it seems to be holding the belt nice and taught, then shut off the engine and pull on the belt near the tensioner, it should be nice and firm but have about an inch or so of give if you really tug on it.

If the tensioner is nice and firm and isn't hopping around, then I'd suggest to startup the engine again and spray some WD40 onto the pulleys where it bolts to each accessory (alternator, waterpump, etc) and see if the noise changes...just make sure to not spray so much that it splatters all over the place so you can keep it from getting on the belt.

Once you isolate the noise, spray down the engine bay around the belts to rinse away the soap, go ahead and replace the belt regardless (due to your mileage and any potential WD40 splatter if you had to spray the pulleys) and then replace whatever parts as needed. Replacing the tensioner and/or belt is quite easy, it's just a tight area depending on if you remove the fan clutch and blade or not. Personally I just wiggle the belt around everything, but I've got the fan clutch tools if needed.

YouTube - Belt or Pulley noise while driving x5 4.8is

Please watch . I made a video while i was driving ,, you could hear the noise , and once i start breaking noise goes away.

m5James - is right, due to the mileage i have , its time to change the belt no matter what. And possibly pulley as well
