Ok, no wonder I've had a hard time diagnosing if they work. I believe they do. When the GMIII was replaced, I asked my cousin to code in everything possible on it. Can't beat a dealer installed coded GMIII.

Learned last night, the right wiper won't fold up off the windshield.
At least the front left and rear wiper do. Luckily, snow was not frozen on. Brushed it off and broke off ice on the wipers. Easy start and fast warm up. Seat warmer on level three gets super hot. Level 1 is enough for comfortable driving.

What did you do to / for your E[emoji29] today??

On the e fifty three, the wipers need to be not docked to lift up, doesn't clear the hood. Turn off the key while running wipers while they are up if you wish to lift them for changing or to keep out of the ice. I guess that may only apply to the passenger side.

I coded all my heated seats to the lowest temp level for all. Even when it's Two ° like today i only use medium for a few minutes to burn the chill off the seat guts then down to low.

My new to me heated seats in the e53 do seem to get very hot on max. 2 or 1 is fine so far. Much hotter than the wife’s 50e heated seats.

Wish there was a big parking lot around me so I could have fun in the e53 today. I’ve played around with the Quaife rear end up in the snow in Iowa a bit, but it would be nice to experiment a bit more with it.

HA! Me too! I had all the streets to myself this morning. I hit the pedal hard a few times. Only once did the triangle light come on. I could feel all four wheels spinning a bit.

Mad that I missed the rare 6" snow dump in Louisville last weekend for this reason... when I lived in Atlanta I'd do donuts and handbrake turns in my old Volvo 240 the few times it measurably snowed there. I only did that in the deserted and vast work parking lot, not on the roads (which would be completely empty anyway because total PANIC aside from the usual bubbas thinking "if I keep mashing the gas then eventually it'll move!"

So many things to list/say...

New radiator
New steering shaft
Started paint touch up of bumpers
Fluid/filter changes
Repair wheel crack (again)
Steering rack rebuild
Power steering leak fixed

Now for the WTF part...

After picking up the Witch from the wheel repair shop, moderate/harsh shaking at 90kph. Found that the turd nuggets lost my hub centric rings!! Now 130 USD for new set and balancing (available after the 27th)

My middle son made me a grandpa with a baby girl (first girl in the family in 60 years!)

I found out that my wife has a "difficult" time being called grandma and in an unrelated note I think she's trying to kill me...

Thanks, if I die it wasn't suicide!!

There's a rack rebuilding company here and they have all the seals, rings and boots. I can ask if they'll sell the parts separate from the work if you want...
