Took it to Bimmerfest... Then promptly dropped the window regulator... With no tools.

Then did a quick drive through the race pits and coincidentally found the cars PO! He had been doing a track session and had every tool i needed . Somehow the securing clips came free and the glass fell off the track (I stupidly reused the original ones), I had replaced the regulator a few months prior too. Needless to say I'm thankful I got it all fixed up for the day. PO saved the day! Now to get some new clips on tuesday.

Nice pix, DKing. The blacks are gorgeous when properly detailed. I'm putting my list together today to order parts to do the front suspension overhaul and a few cosmetics - angel eye LEDs since one original bulb is out; replace the license plate light fittings; lower front 'wire' grid. At 150k miles, plenty to do.

Thanks!

No coding, I kept it in the low setting for most of the day. Made for some great pics

First 4.8 I've seen wearing the earlier style 4.6 alloys - looks awesome!
Have you deleted the aluminum running boards?

Running boards were kept as a stand alone option in the states
