Locked Out
Its not too hard to jump the starter motor, I have done it twice. I can do it without jacking the car up. Easiest way I found is to use a battery charger and a long extension cable. Connect the positive to the starter and the negative to a good ground point on the car. Leave it for 1/2 hour or so and you can unlock your doors, leave it longer and you can just unlock and start your car.

Truck did not worl. And I really don't know how jump starter... nor have battery to do

you can charge it from the back, underneath the car i heard. that's where the battery is.

The Op and others have said "my battery is dead and I can't get into the X5" so how would one get access to the battery underneath the car?....
