Dan... you are living the dream at 17!

I feel like such a washed up old man at 27, but I remember scraping pennies together to buy my first car... a Honda Civic!

Keep up the hard work and take good care of the X. Congrats, enjoy, and welcome to the forum.

make sure you get a rear alignment at least with those spacers installed, installing spacers will affect your toe so after putting them on you should def adjust it!

And nice choice on Style 215, you have a great platform to start on, keep it clean!

Danny, don't forget if you go with the 215s you will need the little hubcentric rings since they vary a touch between E53 and E70. Nice looking X.

Nice X, congrats, seems like you beat me to X ownership, im 18.

The jetta looked nice but it is definetly more of a car associated with younger hs / college kids, and something for cops to harass more especially modded.

X5 presents a different image thats one of the reasons i got it and at least with the 4.8is you can put the smack down on alot of cars, but the looks i get driving my X just make it that much better haha, enjoy.

x2 the X5 is more of a mature vehicle than any of the VW's in my opinion.

Plus, nothing worse in the NY/NY/PA area than driving a dumped FWD VW in the snow and using your front lip/bumper as a "snow plow"

@Ricky Bobby - Agreed, and i never had to drive in a low fwd vehicle around here, but its probably not great, although snow tires would help a ton.

@ThaDannyP - Thanks, and since you come from the vw family, i have a 01 b5 a4 1.8t too
