Thanks...I've contacted my bank in regards to getting a refund. I've been updating the Bimmerforums link the most since the seller has decided to join the forums and replied on the thread in an attempt to justity his workmanship.

SFR intercooler? Check the Photobucket link, if that pic is not in there, i'll take whatever you'd like once I know what you mean.

The intercooler your friend is having made for his Vortech setup. Curious how they are plumbing it is all.

I don't think he's gotten it back from the shop yet. I was just over there yesterday doing the test fitting of this train wreck of a supercharger on his M60 engine. He just finished an M62 OBDI conversion into his 95 540i, got it fired up and then I left for work. Once I get some pics, I'll post them up.

Thanks, me too. I contacted Wells Fargo, had to explain the story to 3 different people because it went through as an e-check, so we'll see what happens. I've explained it that this guy literally send me junkyard parts and that I'll happily ship it back for a full refund, so hopefully that'll drive it home that this guys is a fraud and that the bank will have my back.

So after explaining to about 10 different people at Wells Fargo, making 3 follow-up calls in regards to getting a refund, they tell me that can't help me get a refund and just pointed the finger right back at PayPal...after PayPal told me to call my own bank. Being SC'd for Bimmerfest is out and I'm busy enough redoing the suspension and installing coilovers on my X5, so after things calm down, I'm going to look further to see if this trainwreck can be made to work. Honestly w/ how far off the alignment is on mounting plate between the ports and the bolt holes to hold the assembly down, the bolts holding up the entire weight of that SC, etc I'm not sure what'll come of it yet. Nevertheless, I've got a $4200 paperweight sitting in my garage...fingers crossed I can save it.
