Electronic Parking Brake Malfunction - EMF issue?

I'm already sick and tired of this error message and found out that I can live without the parking brake function anyway (at least until another solution presents itself). I already know that my parking brake actuator is busted and I don't need to get reminded every time I use the X. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You forgot the MOST annoying part! I haven’t been able to see the clock time since getting this error over a year ago!
