He’s posted some stuff on the FB group. It comes out to about 385hp and 550 ftlbs at the crank.

Small increase in power and boost pressure. Major improvements to overall drivability and power delivery. Dmitriy said it’s completely new from the ground up and not just an iterative change.
How does the remote tune work? When I was talking to him it involved him sending cables back and forth which at that point would have been not much different than shipping out the ECU.

What version did you have and what you have now? How old is your first version of tune?

I think I have latest (month ago).

The down time is quite a bit different. When you ship your ECU you are without it for about 4 days. 2+ days of shipping each way, even when he turns it around same-day.

With the cables you don’t have to stop driving your car as long as you can orchestrate the hardware delete with the arrival of the cables. Cables arrive, do hardware, do remote tune same day, and ship the cables back. You aren’t dead in the water during the transit times.

Having said that, I would recommend shipping your ECU for the simple reason that Dmitriy archives your computer data. Should your computer ever fail for any reason, he can clone your backup onto a junkyard computer and save you a ton of money vs having it replaced by BMW.

I had stage 2 with all deletes and now I have the latest of the same.

You probably have the latest. Mine was originally done last August.

But just message Dmitriy on Facebook and he will tell you. He keeps excellent records.

Spraying oil might be a broken ccv pipe that goes to intake. A provent is not the solution to a ccv leak or oil leak
