2013 x5 issues found during oil change

So I took my 2013 x5 in today to get the oil changed and the brake fluid flushed. They did an inspection on it and of course found a lot of work that should be done. I find it interesting they didn’t find this 6000 miles ago when I was buying it from them and they changed the oil....

Wow really $2000? On my 740il this was a super quick cheap easy job. Is this really hard to do or something?

Next was $1300 for the value cover. Not just gaskets, they recommend the cover to be changed along with the gaskets. Price doesn’t seem that bad, but I would consider doing it myself. I did them on both of my e38 740il and it wasn’t that big of a job.

Next was oil filter housing gasket. $1000. It is leaking.

Are these jobs a pain? I would think I could do most myself if I can find a write up.

Anyone have any recommendations on these?
