I'm just saying if for example you drive a lot on unimproved roads you may desire to maximize your tire size/sidewall as has been done by xo members to great satisfaction. Regarding the spare, my E70 has none, nor a provision for it. It's the 7-seater.
Generally, I tend to seek simpler but lasting solutions

and the easiest one that came to me was to replace my aged tyres with beefy ones having a taller profile, because added rubber translates to added comfort at least in basic theory.
I tend to drive it occasionally on not so smooth roads and the sports suspension plus tiny sidewall makes for a harsh ride. When I reduce the pressure, it's always much better, but then not a wise idea on those thin tyres. Hence, the need to increased sidewall, where I can then safely play with a bit of slightly reduced pressure for more comfort.
It seems the setup of: Front - 255/60R19 and Rear - 275/55R19 offers identical sidewall and rolling circumference for both F/R, but of course am a bit worried about rubbing, but will give it a shot.
