unless you mean 25.10, I don't think so. 25.2 thru 25.4 exist because 25.1 didn't work.

No it looks like the correct version numbers are 25.002 thru 25.004

The latest release IS 25.1...should be available next week

nobody in the U.S. has it yet, but dealers are reporting that it will be available next week and that it solves all the problems. It has been available in Germany for a week now.

Dont know why they skipped over 006-009 other that maybe because it works now.

My X5 was built last week, I wonder if it has V25.1. I would imagine it does if it's been available in Germany for a week.
Is there any way to tell what software version your car has.
In my Audi you can easily look it up in the MMI system.

SA called today and said they downloaded from BMW the most recent software version for the X5, and it is 25.01. It's being installed as I write this. I'll let everyone know how things turn out.

Well BMW does indeed have a fix. I had my dealer upgrade my software to Ver 25.3 about 2 weeks back and ended up without Real Time Traffic Info updates.

Well today, received a call from my service advisor who informed me that someone from BMW was at the dealer to address a Nav situation they were having with a 3 series. Apparently this person had a laptop with a software update that resolves the RTTI issue. My advisor requested that if I were within 15 to 20 minutes of the dealership to swing by as he would keep the gent there long enough to flash my X5.

I am happy to report that it worked! I did not get to meet this BMW person but my Real time traffic updates now works. I am still checking to see if any new bugs exist but so far both traffic messsages and icons are now displayed.

The "+" sign is now gone but the "TI" letters remain.

By the way, if you are in the Michigan Area, Erhard BMW in Farmington Hills rocks!.

I just received a call from my dealer. My car is done. (Again) He told me that they resolved the RTTI issue by installing another upgrade. Suspicious that they had downgraded me, I asked the version. he told me "26."

So, unless there is some version that nobody here knows about (unlikely), I suspect I'm going to have a fun conversation with the SA this evening. I did ask that he validate the version number and have that for me when I arrive this evening.

He did assure me again that RTTI is fixed.

I picked up my vehicle this afternoon. Indeed, the RTTI is fixed. The version on the vehicle is 25.11, according to the SA. He also said 25.1.1. So, I'm not sure which of the two it is. It does have the fix to the NAV and the arrows popping up appropriately.

Now, if only I had the confidence that they actually fixed whatever is causing the engine light to come on. I was told it was the oxygen sensor. That's what it was two weeks ago, before this one. When I told the SA this again, and explained that this was the THIRD oxygen sensor (original, replacement one, this replacement), his eyes got wide. Although I'd told him this before, I think he thought I meant this was the second. I asked him yesterday if they were sure it was fixed, and if they were sure it wasn't a wiring harness or something else. Fingers are crossed.
