it may be due to PCD scheduling, obviously I think the car would be done way before that. I waited similarly for my 545 a few years back. It's worse when you know the car is done, just sitting waiting for you to come and drive it!

What is PCD scheduling? Do you mean you're picking up your car in Carolina? If yes, what are the advantages to that?

My prod # (74447**) is higher than Blair's and my PCD date is 11/03/09...
But i asked my Sales advisor to have it re scheduled to 11/05 or 11/06 or 11/13 (which i believe is Laura's PCD date too)...

from the bmw email forwarded to me by my SA, car should be at the Performance Center 2 weeks before the scheduled PCD date...

I don't know about the 'order' of the production numbers....I have one that is in the 4933*** range...and no news for me

Wonder if the Canadian models start after the USA ones

BTW, this is not healthy for me - I feel that hairs are falling out as we speak. So close to calling the dealer right now - however I did say I'll give them a week.

just keep calling them, i call my SA everyday, and yes, probably got tired of me so he bugged BMW, now i have a PCD date...
