ndabunka is on a distinguished road
While the $500 to $1,000 over invoice is still a STARTING point, there are a LOT of incentives so most of us are paying between $9K & 11K UNDER MSRP.

Mine was "technically" $200 over invoice before those discounts but my particular dealer also added a $499 "administrative" fee and charged MACO fees & $275 in "dealer prep" as well so mine was actually closer to the typical $1K over invoice before discounts. Reduce that by the $4,500 eco credit, the $750 loyalty credit, the $500 BMW Finance "Apps" (Facebook) credit on first payment and I came out similar to others around $9K off MSRP.

Although I had previously owned a 7-series, I was not a current member of BMWCCA otherwise I would have gotten another $1K back. If I had been a member of the military, I could have qualified for another $2,500 via the USAA program but then would have had to of sacrificed the $1,250 BMW finance incentives.
