One of my dealership mechanics said they had some test vehicle F15s in the shop. The V8 4.4 twin turbo will have 40bhp more than the current E70 5.0i. Said interior looks similar to new 5 series.

To me at the angle of the CGI above, it looks more like the 2012 X1. Or a bloated 3 Series.

Familiar but different. You can't mistake the interior for anything but BMW. So why bother cover the emblem on the steering wheel.

Not too sure about the thin style screen though. Makes it look like it's an afterthought design, instead of it being integrated within the dash. More places where dust will accumulate. The jury's still out on that one for me.

I second that. I hate the display in the 3 series, looks incredibly cheap to me.

While I actually like the look of the screen, I agree with the remainder of the comment. I drove a 328i loaner with the "faux" retractable screen... I thought it looked nice but I kept wondering why in the world would BMW not make it a real retractable one instead of it just sitting there literally collecting dust?
