I've learned over the years that "Customer Service" is just as nice to me as I am to them. TowX's experience is a perfect example since he's had nothing but a positive experience, which is completely opposite of what you've had...so guess what, that means it's YOU that is the problem w/ how you've handled the whole transaction. I ordered one of the sub boxes early on, and the builder was responsive to my emails and PMs, delivered it quickly, and configured it for the woofer I wanted to use. Nice quality. BMW customer service should be as nice to deal with as the OP was.
