I'm also doing this all with a splinted index finger that I had to get stitches in on the knuckle after I sliced it to the bone! (Not fun) I was trying to put my window back in after it broke off the clips and shattered, and after the people I called to do it showed up 5 hours late and still couldn't get the job.... (furious can't even describe how mad I was). Swung my hand down and it caught a shard that stuck to the sticky stuff that holds the vapor shield on..
Sympathy points can be sent to my paypal addy as well

They're a bitch and I only got 75% through it, but after knocking out 2-3 or in a row, but I bet you've become quicker when cutting and assembling them...but your time is still your time. I've told my customers before in both remodels and BMW repairs, you have three choices but you can only pick two...quality, fast or cheap.

Even my cheapest flat labor rate to do the fiberglassing on my box (I went above and beyond what others had done) would have rang up around $350 for just reusing and modifying a stock enclosure. $150 for a well made box, materials, etc is good price. They've been without them for this long, so waiting a little longer isn't going to kill anyone in exchange for you still having some family time.

The same day you created your waste of a thread is the same day you posted here, so that's true...but I'm still pating myself on the back (this is a statement, not a question) for persuading you further. Just buy it and move on already, Shrek.

You had no leverage on my choice... It was the gut making these. He is very prompt and helpful and polite. Take notes.

Good Bye stop harassing me please I will contact the admin.... Let it be

Anyways back to Enclosure talk please

"Mommy, mommy, mommy...he said something truthful and mean to me, and I took it personally. Make him stop " You started the arguement with your most recent post brotha, not me.

As I said earlier in my reply, I was joking and I also said to buy the thing and move on already. If you've got anything more to say to me, PM me...period.

Hello mate! I am interested in this setup. can you please email your paypal info @[email protected]? I have DSP, and was thinking of replacing the OEM box with yours, that would work right?
cheers!

I'm not trying to take business away from Allstar, but have you ever done fiberglassing? A handful of people have simply cut the face off of the stock enclosure and fiberglassed a wood face in it's place, then you cut the hole to fit your subwoofer.
