Could be a problem w/the phone. I had a CPT9000 (Moto v60) and the sound quality was HORRIBLE when I was driving - my secretary couldn't understand my messages half the time. I upgraded to the Moto E815 w/BT and voice quality immediately improved. Voice quality with my 700p seems to be as good as w/the E815 - but my Office Manager has a 700p and HER voice quality really sucks sometimes - not all the time, but much more often than mine does. Her 700p also resets itself alot. I've told her she needs to exchange it for another phone.
