You might also want to check to see if you have any speed dials set up with the "dial extra digits" set. I added this to the speed dial I use to access my office voice mail and it caused the phone to reset. Once I deleted this, the phone was stable. I'm not sure, but maybe "extra digits" is the crux of the problem. The post above talks about removing all of their speed dials and they were still getting the crash. I never tried that myself. It is worth a try at least...
