Dead ULF?

Suddenly a couple days ago my phone stopped connecting via Bluetooth. I power cycled the phone, made sure the BT was on, set it to search, and still nothing. Then, I deleted the BMW from the phone pairing, and tried to re-pair the phone. That is when I found I couldn't get the "Activate Phone" to come up on the car screen. I no longer have any response when I push the Voice Control button. Lastly, I now get nothing when I push my BMW Assist SOS button.

Is there any other possibility besides a dead ULF module? If so, is there anything else I can try, short of purchasing a new module from the dealership?
