subwoofer idea - what do you think?

What do you think about this for the sub replacement:
1) keep the plastic shell and insulate it a bit better. Run new wiring and install pair these:
Kicker 10CVT652 6 1/2" Single 2 ohm Shallow-Mount Subwoofer (CVT652)
2) Pair them up with a decent 2 channel amp 400+ watt
