NavCoder doesn't do anything with RDS. RDS is a function inside your radio. It stays there all the time.
Radios made for the European market always had RDS
Australian and USA market only recently

You can use both.
WinBus requires you to be an expert at programming
NavCoder does the same thing as WinBus but allows you to do it with a simple, easy to use, plain english interface
