That's not the way you manually remove a disk from a MK nav. It is nothing like a normal CD player. There are a couple of ways to get a disk out so do a search on this forum. If those fail you will need to do the manual way which is also shown in pictures on this forum and bimmerboard nav forum also. I have done it several times. If your search doesn't work here or on BB site let me know and I will search for the url for you when I am more awake.

Found it. There is a small eject motor at the rear right. Loosen the screw and swing the motor to the side and rotate the white plastic gear. I use the tip of my little finger to rotate the gear.
