I'm canadian, born and raised there....now live in the US. Canada wins hands down. Canadians can complain all they want but I've experienced both systems and trust me they have a sweet deal up there. I'm on the best PPO plan here but I still prefer the Canadian system.

Now, I realize that tobacco is the Great Satan, but the point is, it's legal. So the government sees it as a vehicle to raise their receipts, and pay for...drumroll please...HEALTHCARE!
