That is odd, I'll play with my setup and try to get the results...what are your current saver/sleep/display preferences?

So to exactly answer your question, yes, your MBP can "create" PDF files.

I create large word documents that I convert to PDF format, is this a option through Word? I also lock the PDF document so that most people (yes it probably can be hacked) cannot edit or change the document.

As i said there are NO current saver/sleep/display preferences. (which is never)

Edit 4:46PM She turned it off a while back. I turned it back on. We're back to normal.
Don't ask I haven't got a clue why it's OK now.....

Success for the most part. Parrallels has a few issues, like a dialogue box that comes up when i start Parrallels that says " The installed MacFuse is too new for the operating system Please downgrade your macfuse installation.

I also use to be able to click on the cached link in a google results page but now it says" Your search - cache: did not match any documents. Hmmmm. Strange stuff to say the least.

Parallels announced an update to version "5540" at the end of October that supports Leopard, LINK. Did you download the update?

"The latest beta build — version 5540 — features support for Mac OS X v10.5, and also adds the ability to use two identical CD or DVD drives in virtual machines"

In addition, when you were upgrading the OS, did you choose the "Archive & Install" method, and check the box that said something like "Save preferences and system settings" from the options area?
