Does anybody have such problem: I am trying to out into navboot file this (unclosed) pionters http://www.xoutpost.com/196211-post93.html everything goes ok - it inserted and I can see it in the file..... But when I try to save this modified navboot error message appears "navtweak.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"...... "Saved" navboot file becomes smaller (something like 6-7 Mb) and if I open it again some language and font modules are lost - file is incomplete (once I even lost some modified modules and had to do it again)

Reinstallation of Windows libraries did not help.... the biggest progress is that I succeed to save navboot file but then when I opened it again it opens without problems if I check modified "romicons" bookmark leave it to another bookmark (String for example) and then trying to return to Images bookmark this error message comes again.

Of course I can not put this "handicapped" file to navi unit......

If someone who made this successfully is ready to share this icon module with me it would be great....... Otherwise any advise is wellcome!

Try to check navboot by right click and select "properties" before you open it with NTweak and be sure that "only read" is not selected...if so, unselect only read and the file should be saved without any problems...;)

ok, have you tried to save as new file instead to save the original?
Open Nboot to modify, make your change and choose from "file" > "save as..."and give it whatever name you want and try to save in this way...

:dunno: No idea..... everything should be Ok!

So, I download from that post pointer icons, open navboot by navtweak, open romicons bookmark, select required icon, then right button on it, select Replace, look for the new icon (which I download) and press Ok..... By the same way I replace 0001, 0015 and 0345 pointers then select File->Save -> Ok...... Error comes!!!:(
